Perssonna ("we", "us") operates a pre-launch waitlist at perssonna.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form.
- A referral token we generate for you, so others can join through your link and you can move up the queue.
- The referral token of the person who referred you, if you arrived through someone's link (from the
?ref=URL parameter). - The time you signed up, used to break ties in queue position.
What we do with it
- Email you when access opens, and occasional updates about Perssonna.
- Calculate your position in the waitlist based on real referral counts.
- Operate the waitlist itself (de-duplicate signups, look up your status).
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, referral source, general location, device type) so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this usage data on our behalf; it may involve transfer to Google. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not link analytics data to your waitlist email. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your email to anyone.
- We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not use your waitlist email for advertising or ad targeting.
Where it's stored
Waitlist data is stored in a managed Postgres database. Access is restricted to Perssonna's server-side code.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email and referral data at any time, or to tell you what we have on file, by emailing hello@perssonna.com. We'll act on the request within a reasonable time.
