These terms govern your use of perssonna.com (the "Site") and the Perssonna pre-launch waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.
What this is
Perssonna is a pre-launch product. The Site currently offers a waitlist with a referral-based queue. The Perssonna product itself (AI-powered TikTok distribution) is not yet available.
Joining the waitlist
- You must provide a real email address you control. One signup per email.
- You'll be issued a referral link. You can share it; people who join through it move you up the queue.
- Do not submit other people's emails without permission, and do not try to game the referral system with fake signups, scripted signups, or disposable inboxes. We may remove signups that appear to violate this and adjust queue positions accordingly.
No guarantee of access
Joining the waitlist is not a contract for service. We reserve the right to change the launch date, the number of founding seats, the referral mechanics, or pricing before launch.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
The Site is provided as-is
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perssonna is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
